22atm Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "22atm", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 22atm online gaming platform, accessible at https://22atm.app, and the company operating it.
• "Platform" means the 22atm website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications through which gaming and betting services are delivered.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 22atm Platform and uses its services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access the Platform and its services.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming, betting, live casino, slot, and sports wagering activities available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an Account by 22atm.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the Player and any verified withdrawable winnings.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency of the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by 22atm prior to processing withdrawals.

By accessing the 22atm Platform, registering an Account, or using any of the Services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 22atm Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have already registered an Account, contact 22atm support to arrange closure of that Account.

22atm reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or registered email address where practicable.

To register and maintain an Account on 22atm, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 22atm Platform is strictly an adults-only service and does not permit use by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prohibit participation in online gaming or betting activities.
• You must be accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 22atm or any of its affiliate companies or game providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been subject to a permanent exclusion on the 22atm Platform.

Each eligible individual may register only one Account on the 22atm Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or via different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent ban.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You undertake to keep this information current and notify 22atm promptly of any material changes.

22atm reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials.
• You must not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 22atm support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• 22atm will never contact you to request your password via any channel.
• All activity conducted through your Account is presumed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to 22atm.

22atm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Transfer, and Crypto. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction.

All deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 22atm is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network disruptions outside of our operational control.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into your Account, except where 22atm expressly approves an alternative method in writing.
• 22atm processes the majority of PKR withdrawals within three hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times.
• 22atm reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawals exceeding defined thresholds, which may extend standard processing times.
• Funds deposited in error must be reported to 22atm support immediately. 22atm is not liable for funds deposited using incorrect account details.

22atm offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all 22atm bonus offers are subject to a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the bonus. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have not met the wagering requirement are not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon expiry.

• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonus Funds and Real Money Balance are tracked separately. Real Money Balance is always staked first unless the Player specifies otherwise in their account settings.
• 22atm reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not unfairly prejudice Players who have already accepted an offer in good faith.
• Players who 22atm determines have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play — will have their bonus funds voided and may face permanent suspension.
• Free spins winnings are subject to a minimum wagering requirement as stated in the specific offer. Unclaimed free spins expire 24 hours after issue unless otherwise stated.

All bets placed on the 22atm Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are available within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

22atm reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• The bet was placed on an event or market that was offered in error.
• The odds or payout displayed at the time of placement were incorrect due to a technical error.
• There is reasonable evidence that the outcome of the event was known to the Player at the time of bet placement (inside information).
• The bet forms part of a coordinated effort to defraud 22atm through arbitrage, match manipulation, or any other prohibited practice.

In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at 22atm's discretion, particularly during periods of live event uncertainty such as weather delays, VAR reviews, or DLS calculations in cricket. Bets placed during any period of market suspension will be voided.

All casino game outcomes on the 22atm Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and are not subject to manipulation by 22atm or any third party. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 22atm Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account balances, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform, whether directly or through a third party.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to illegal activity, or to disguise the origin of such funds.
• Match-fixing and insider betting: Placing bets using non-public information, or participating in any scheme to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any automated software to place bets or play casino games on the Platform.
• Bonus abuse: Deliberately exploiting promotional offers through low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated multi-account bonus farming, or any other method designed to generate risk-free profits from Bonus Funds.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks, using stolen payment credentials, or otherwise depositing funds through deceptive means.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to achieve outcomes in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format in a manner that is unfair to other participants.

22atm is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Pakistani players with the tools necessary to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders at no cost and without penalty to account standing:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps, adjustable at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic notifications after a specified period of continuous play, with the option to end the session at the reminder prompt.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen summaries of net win/loss position during active gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary exclusion (minimum 6 weeks) or permanent account closure, effective immediately upon request. Players under self-exclusion are excluded from all promotional communications and are not permitted to create new 22atm accounts during the exclusion period.

All content on the 22atm Platform — including but not limited to the 22atm name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 22atm or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any Platform content without prior written consent from 22atm.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from any Platform software.
• Use of 22atm branding, logos, or trademarks in any external publication, social media, or commercial context without prior written approval.
• Screen-scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of odds, game data, or any other Platform content for commercial purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22atm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events beyond 22atm's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from bets placed based on the Player's own assessment of odds, markets, or game outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.
• Actions, errors, or omissions by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or internet service providers.
• Any reliance by the Player on promotional content, game previews, or informational material published on the Platform.

In all circumstances, 22atm's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

22atm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of gaming services. You also consent to receiving transactional communications related to your Account.

22atm does not sell personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to KYC verification partners, payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required.

22atm reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available on the Platform at /terms-conditions.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter the rights or obligations of Players — 22atm will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or registered email prior to the changes taking effect. For non-material amendments, changes will take effect upon publication without individual notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

22atm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 22atm has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The Player is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
• 22atm is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction.
• The Player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to 22atm's operations, reputation, or other Players.

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting 22atm support. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within standard processing times. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Accounts closed due to confirmed fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering will have their entire balance — including any Real Money Balance — frozen pending investigation and may be remitted to the relevant authorities.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 22atm's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and 22atm, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved quickly and informally through our 24/7 support channels.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution procedures established by 22atm's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available from the support team upon request.
